Privacy Policy

What we collect

During early access we collect the email address (and optional name) you submit to join the waitlist. If you are given an account, we also store the business and product data you enter so the product can do its job.

Privacy-minimal product analytics

When task analytics are enabled, CoztWize records a small, fixed vocabulary of setup, product, pricing, impact-analysis, and search steps associated with your workspace and account. Events may include completion status, elapsed time, broad device class, business model, and count ranges. They use a random per-tab key and never include product names, emails, financial values, free text, business-record IDs, or device fingerprinting.

Raw task events are retained for no more than 90 days and are used only for workspace-level aggregate reports that help us improve task completion and recovery.

How we use it

We use your email to contact you about access and product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, email).

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@coztwize.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or reply to any email from us.

This is an early-access policy

CoztWize is pre-launch. This policy is intentionally short and will be expanded into a full, jurisdiction-specific privacy notice before general availability.
